Description
Origin
The mussels contained in this can of Canthynnus have been harvested in one of the best places for this purpose: the Galician estuaries, where high quality mollusks of this species grow. Likewise, the wakame seaweed -Undaria pinnatifida- in this tin also comes from the Galician coast, where professionals collect this edible sea plant in a way that respects the ecosystem.

Prepared by
The mussels are cleaned, cooked and the shells are removed. Once this process is completed, they are selected and manually placed in the can. Once these mollusks are packed, wakame seaweed and a white marinade made with extra virgin olive oil, cider vinegar, leek, balsamic vinegar and sea salt are added.

Experience
This can of white pickled mussels with wakame seaweed is ready to open and consume. If you want, you can enjoy the contents on a toast. Or also, why not, add it to a plate of cooked pasta, a lentil salad or a stew of beans.

Conservation
Its shelf life is 4 years from the date of manufacture, however, canning experts advise that, once the product is opened, it should be consumed within 24 hours. The ideal place for storage should be cool, dry and not exceeding 35ºC, without the need for industrial refrigeration.
